Synectics offers a 12 month return to base warranty as standard. The below procedure must be followed in order to return any equipment to Synectics for warranty or repair.
Returns Procedure
Prior to returning any equipment relating to a warranty claim or repair, please refer to the below procedure:

- Synectics will provide you with an RMA number and the correct procedure in order to return the equipment back to Synectics. Failure to follow the procedure provided may result in a delay in processing your requirement promptly.
- You will be notified when Synectics has received the equipment and a contact person who will be available to deal with any queries.
- Once full fault investigation has taken place you will be contacted with the results and any follow on actions.
