Quadnetics Group plc, a leader in advanced surveillance technology and security networks, announces that it has acquired the entire issued share capital of Persides Technology Limited ("PTL") for a total consideration of up to £260,000 in cash.
Synectics Defence Systems have moved to Mythe Business Centre in Tewkesbury
Gloucestershire based Synectics Defence Systems have now moved to Black Barn, Mythe Business Centre, Tewkesbury, GL20 6EA.
The team officially opened the doors to their new premises at the end of November 2010. SDS have moved several times over the 20 year span of the business but this has to be the most significant yet. The new premises provide an ideal test location for both SDS’s Long Range Cameras and Radio Detection Systems, allowing customers to see the full capabilities of the systems.
Derek Platt, Operations Manager of SDS said: “We have been looking forward to the move to our new offices. The new premises provide an excellent working environment for the whole team and we are more than happy in our new surroundings.”
